Another ‘Inside Story’ About Trump Which Tells Us Nothing New.

Is there anyone who was in or near Donald Trump between 2016 and 2020 who hasn’t already written or is writing a tell-all book? The latest, A Sacred Oath, by Mark Esper, has just appeared and the former Secretary of Defense is now making the standard appearances on all the liberal news shows.

Esper was a decorated veteran of the Gulf War who followed up his military service by becoming a lobbyist for defense contractors, then a manager of right-wing think tanks, then worked for several POS/GOP legislative committees, all of which got him nominated and approved as Secretary of the Army in 2017, which then got him ready for the top Pentagon job which he took in 2019.

I love guys like Esper and John Bolton who just couldn’t wait to join the Trump Administration and then realized they were working for a complete schmuck. I didn’t need to sit in the Oval Office for a year or longer before I realized that Trump was a racist, an asshole and everything else which made him unfit to the Chief Executive of the United States. I knew that from the day he came down the escalator at Trump Tower, walked past the hired handclappers and announced he was jumping into the 2016 Presidential race.

And I love how guys like Esper rationalized their tenure by claiming that well, after all, Trump’s new on the job so he needs the kind of experience that I can bring to the situation. I’ll make sure he doesn’t do anything really crazy because the only person he listens to is that…
