Another Insurrectionist Bites the Dust.

Back in 2018, when Michael Cohen flipped and said that Donny Boy told him to violate campaign finance laws to pay off some gals to keep their mouths shut, Trump called Cohen a ‘rat’ and made it clear that his former lawyer was just another Mafia stooge.

Now, compare that with what Trump said yesterday about Sydney Powell, after she flipped and agreed to testify in the Georgia election case: “Sidney Powell was one of millions and millions of people who thought, and in ever increasing numbers still think, correctly, that the 2020 Presidential Election was RIGGED & STOLLEN, AND OUR COUNTRY IS BEING ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED BECAUSE OF IT!!!”

When Trump-o went after Cohen, he was President of the United States. Now he’s just another guy who’s been indicted in three states — actually four states if you count D.C. The last thing he needs is to have someone like Sydney Powell not only trying to save her own skin but also being pissed off at him.

I can understand why some of the people who tried to subvert the 2020 election in states like Georgia and Michigan did something so stupid that even Leonard Mermelstein would have known to avoid such a mess. Leonard Mermelstein happens to be my cat.
