Another State Attacks the Trump Election Scam.

This morning, my eagle-eyed sister the lawyer sent me the WaPo story (which I somehow missed yesterday) that Arizona has now joined Michigan, Georgia and Nevada in charging individuals with sending false information to the Electoral College so that electoral votes would be counted for Trump, even though Joe won the election in all four states.

In two of the four states — Michigan, Nevada — charges were only made against local GOP activists and party functionaries who engaged in such scams. In Georgia, the indictment not only names state residents, but includes the whole kit-n-kaboodle gang put together by Giuliani to subvert the electoral returns up to and including Trump himself.

The latest case coming out of Nevada is a mixture of local and Presidential names, except Trump this time gets away with only being an unindicted co-conspirator, so at least in Nevada he’s still safe.

You may recall the whole effort to challenge Joe’s victory was announced right after the election by Giuliani holding a press conference across the street from a porn shop in North Philly, although Trump had been warning about possible ‘election fraud’ over the last six months of the campaign.
