Are Facts and Opinions Both News?

So, after all the bullshit, and yelling and screaming and this and that, the election may get down to how many Black residents in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Detroit turn out to vote and whether they vote blue or red.

Because historically, except for when the first African American ran for President on a major ticket, black Americans have tended to do something other than vote on election day. And frankly, who can blame our black brothers and sisters for staying home on the day we choose who will run things for the next four years because, when all is said and done, it’s not like either political party is all that concerned about erasing the poverty which has been endemic to America’s former slave population since they could first start actually getting paid for the work they did, okay?

And make no mistake about it, the slave system which was introduced into the United States by all those enlightened whites in Great Britain was the single worst, most severe and repressive slave system which ever existed anywhere in the Western world, because it was the one slave system which had absolutely no manumission at all, not just for the original slaves themselves, but for all of their descendants as well.

Yea, yea, I know it’s 160 years since we added an amendment to the Constitution which made all those black folks living just about…
