Can Trump Dodge the Bullets from Jack Smith?

Well, it’s about fucking time.

Today, exactly three years, eight months and twenty days after those jerkoffs ran into the Capitol to steal Nancy Pelosi’s address book and hang Mike Pence, the guy who told all those schmucks to come to D.C. because it would be a ‘wild’ event, a.k.a., Donald Trump, will finally learn or at least he’ll be told by his lawyers exactly what he’s facing if his trial for planning the January 6th riot is ever held.

That’s because Jack Smith is delivering a 180-page brief to the D.C. Court which will be given to Trump’s legal team and contains all kinds of documentation which Smith and his staff used to develop the indictment against Trump.

The indictment itself, you might recall, had to be scaled down somewhat following the Supreme Court decision which immunizes Trump and all future Presidents from being charged for crimes which were actually official decisions and actions taken to help manage the Executive branch.

But for all the squawking about how the Supreme Court toadies handed Trump a get-out-of-fail=free-card with this decision, of you would like to see Trump eventually cutting the grass at Butner or washing dishes at Otisville, in fact the revised indictment still contains plenty of grist for your mill.
