Did I Watch The Debate? Nope.
So, Kamala’s first-ever media interview since leading the coup that deposed Joe Biden from the top spot on the 2024 Democrat(ic) ticket turned out to be a big nothingburger last night.
Or at least this was what I got from looking at several reviews of the event in the Fake News this morning.
But the reason I have to use some second-hand accounts of the interview as a basis for writing today’s story is because I made a point of not watching even one second of the interview last night.
And the reason I didn’t watch the interview is the same reason that I have decided to abstain from watching any Fake News coverage of the campaign not only through November 5th but for a yet-undecided period of time thereafter is because I cannot bring myself to watch so-called news programming which has become nothing more than a conduit for the propaganda and misinformation peddled by Trump and the GOP.
Here’s a quick example from CNN’s coverage of the debate: ”The vice president preferred sweeping themes and aspirations rather than detailed policy blueprints and declined to fully explain reversals on issues like immigration and energy.” Get it? No detailed policy.
Another example: “Harris was elusive on what she would actually do as president, dealing in themes and aspirations rather than policy specifics and…
