Does Trump Ever Tell the Truth?

I just finished watching an hour-long free advertisement for the Trump campaign, a.k.a., a Town Hall ‘meeting’ in Georgia with an audience of maybe 100 women, almost all of them white, and for sure every, single one of them a GOP activist somewhere in Georgia or some other state. You can view the audience in the pic above.

You should know that while this show was airing, that Georgia voters are setting daily records for how many votes are being cast prior to the actual election day, a process being overseen by Brad Raffensberger, the GOP Secretary of State, who refused to ‘find’ 11,780 votes for Trump back in 2020, a request which Trump may find himself thinking about making again in 2024.

I always thought that these town hall meetings were open to everyone in a particular community and gave all the residents an opportunity to ask an elected representative to explain either a vote which had been made or a vote that the rep was intending to make.

This so-called town hall was nothing of the sort. The questions were evidently part of a script which had been developed by the Trump campaign to give their man an opportunity to promote himself and his policies without the slightest concern for whether anything he said bore even the slightest relationship to the facts.
