Drip, Drip, Dripity Drip.

I know I shouldn’t keep posting columns all day long on this website, but the news is really too good to be true. What I am referring to is the decision earlier today by Judge Tanya Chutkan who set a trial date of March 4th for the trial coming out of Jack Smith’s indictment of P01135809.

Fu*k me! That’s just around the corner, so to speak. And P01135809 immediately said he would ‘appeal’ the ruling of ‘deranged’ Jack Smith. But who’s he going to appeal to? The man in the moon?

Not to be outdone by the lies which P01135809 spins out at the drop of a (MAGA golf) hat, his legal team led by John Lauro (the guy on the far right pictured above) said that their request that the trial be held in 2026 was based on the fact (note the word ‘fact’) that ordinarily, such trials are usually scheduled with at least 30 months to prepare a defense.

The only problem that P01135809 and his legal teams seem to bump up against again and again is that when you submit a motion to a court, particularly a federal court, what you claim to be true really has to be true, okay? You can’t just submit a statement which is what you have said on a social media website or in a so-called interview on Fox News.
