What’s that old joke about how 10,000 lawyers under the sea are a good start?

Don’t get me wrong. I happen to have no less than four attorneys in my family, and they are all good, decent people who do their best for their clients and define their work in serious, professional terms.

Be that as it may, there happen to be two lawyers who rank very high on my shit list, and one of them, Rudy Giuliani, has just received a real, good kick in the ass.

Rudy’s been told that he is in the process of being held in contempt by the judge in the case where he defamed two Georgia election workers and now owes them $148 million, of which not one red cent have they been able to collect.

Rudy’s been hemming and hawing this way and that, saying he’s been unable to come up with all the documentation that’s needed to transfer certain properties because he’s so busy dealing with all the legal problems he has swirling around these days.

Rudy’s also having trouble keeping himself afloat financially because he got booted off CBS radio for going beyond any degree of honesty when it came to ranting about the 2020 election being swiped, and his attempt to sell a line of fresh-roasted coffee went belly-up last year when the roasting company he was using to prepare his coffee treats went bankrupt, and…
