How Come Rudy Giuliani Told So Many Lies?

So, yesterday eagle-eye sister lawyer sent me the decision issued last April by the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court which, following a six-day hearing, disbarred Rudy Giuliani from practicing law in the Empire State. Which effectively means his legal career is over and done, a penalty based on “uncontroverted evidence that he communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers, and the public at large, which conduct immediately threatened the public interest.”

Rudy basically agreed with the Court that the statements he made about so-called 2020 election ‘fraud’ weren’t true, but he claimed that everything he said to the media, to legislative hearings and in various courts was based on evidence which he had every reason to believe was true.

So, it wasn’t Rudy who lied multiple times, including times when he was under oath, it was the people supplying the information who lied. In other words, push someone else under the bus.

Now the fact that the people who gave him false information were working for him and the fact that he never bothered to check the validity or veracity of anything he was told even though he was hearing endless complaints about the ‘election fraud’ story from the other side, well, after all, Rudy was a very busy man.
