How did Rudy Giuliani become such a scumbag? Okay, so his attempt to cash in on how he was in the middle of the effort to respond to the collapse of the Twin Towers on 9–11 was not only understandable, but maybe even worthwhile because he certainly represented the strength and mettle of New Yorkers on that frightful day.

But this is s guy who has now gone from being a hero-celebrity to just another bum trying to hold onto the increasingly ragged coattails of his buddy Donald Trump, while at the same time exhibiting total contempt for the legal system which he once made a career out of trying to uphold.

The latest gambit in the Giuliani saga involves a stupid attempt to avoid meeting the terms of the bankruptcy agreement which he approved and filed after he was hit for a $148-million charge for defaming two Georgia poll workers who suffered significant personal and professional anguish and damages after Giuliani claimed that they were guilty of stealing votes.

Rudy’s slow but steady descent into the Trump rathole began back in 2008, when his campaign for the GOP Presidential nomination collapsed when media stories appeared which described how he was using police helicopters to fly his then-girlfriend out to a motel on Long Island for weekend shack-ups, but not repaying the city for the cost of her rides.
