Is White Supremacy a Threat?
Now that Trump and a so-called White supremacist activist named Nick Fuentes broke bread last week at Mar-a-Lago, the Fake News and its political wing known as the Democrat(ic) Party have decided that maybe the United States isn’t threatened by a Fascist takeover, but White supremacy is certainly a dire and growing threat.
The threat is so serious that not only has a Senate Committee issued a lengthy report which found that the government isn’t adequately addressing the problem, but the FBI has now announced that White supremacy has accounted for the killing of at least 77 people since 2010.
The situation is so dire, and the White supremacist narrative has now become so much the formative rhetorical and organizational lever for domestic terrorism, that the Bloomberg School of Public Health will be holding a national symposium in February to study ‘The Deadly Intersection of White Supremacy and Firearms,’ with contributions from policymakers and research experts that will help develop ‘tangible solutions’ to the problem.
Tangible solutions to what problem? Anders Breivik, a self-professed White supremacist shot and killed 77 adults and kids all by himself at a Norway picnic ground in 2011. And we’ve had 77 racially motivated killings in a country of 300 million people over the past thirteen years?
