It’s Finally Happened - Even Trump Is Sick of Trump.
Even the Republicans are getting sick of him. The last time any President had less than 40% in a Gallup job approval poll at the end of his first term was George H. W. Bush in 1992.
Remember what happened to him later that year?
This morning, I plugged Trump into my Google search engine and most of the stories were about his failing health.
What happened to all those bad guys sneaking in over the border? Zilch.
What happened to all those tariffs that were going to make America great again? Nada.
What’s competing with theories about Trump being able to walk up a flight of stairs are stories about his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, which Trump is saying is just another ‘hoax.’
And the best put-down of Trump so far this week came from Amy Coney Barrett, one of the usual Trump apologists on the Supreme Court, who was asked in a Fox News interview whether Trump could run for a third term and she dismissed the idea out of hand.
Now understand something about Fox News. They don’t ‘report’ news. They’re not what we used to refer to as a news-gathering operation. They are actually a PR company working for the RNC and they didn’t put that question into the script that was prepared for the Barrett interview out…
