Let’s Get Started on 2026 — Now!
So, Donald Trump gets up in front of a room full of alt-right student idiots known as Turning Point USA and says that Elon Musk isn’t the President and can’t be the President because he wasn’t born in the USA.
And the fact that Trump had to make this statement out loud should tell you that there are lots of people out there, and I’m not just talking about people on our side, who believe that Musk didn’t donate more than $250 million not the 2024 Trump campaign without getting something in return.
Granted, he can’t be the President in any legal or formal sense. But if Trump has to make sure that what he says on Truth Social aligns with what Musk says on X, what’s the difference?
I’m beginning to think, incidentally, that Trump is not just a lame duck President after he takes the oath next month, but he’s already being considered to be a dead duck President because he’ll have less than one year to get anything done before the 2026 campaign gets into gear.
Right now, there are 435 seats in the House, of which the GOP controls 220 and our team controls 215. But 3 of the GOP seats will be vacant because the members have all resigned in order to work directly for Trump. Which means that the GOP will have to win 3 special elections in order to keep their slim majority, which at best will leave them barely in charge…
