Sorry, but that's not Fascism. Fascists don't use laws to enact programs. They use armed force, either the regular military or a semi-autonomous armed militia like Hitler's S.A.

Call Trump a shithead or an asshole, that's fine. Calling him a Fascist just misuses a word which has a very clear historical connotation and either you know history or you don't.
