Trump and Musk Plan an ‘Efficient’ Government.

If I were going to watch tonight’s debate, which I’m not, the one issue I hope Kamala will employ to kick Trump’s ass would be his recent promise to appoint Elon Musk to come up with a plan to make government more ‘efficient.’

First of all, Musk is nothing but another shitass who backs Trump’s racist plans to restrict immigration with the exception of rich, white guys like himself. And I’m kind of an old-fashioned guy who still takes seriously those words on the Statue of Liberty about bringing in the hungry and the poor, so I would disqualify Musk or anyone else from engaging in any kind of public service as long as they support Trump’s anti-immigration plan.

But aside from that, there’s also Trump’s claim about how we need to make government more ‘efficient,’ which is nothing more than the continued opposition to government welfare programs which the GOP has been fighting since the New Deal was first put on the books in 1933.

Just to show you how full of shit the GOP is when it comes to talking about how all we are doing is giving out gobs of money to people who don’t want to work, last year the federal government spent $6.1 trillion, which amounted to 22% of the GDP.
