Trump & Dershowitz: Two of a Kind.

Alan Dershowitz made a big name for himself years ago by reversing the guilty verdict suffered by Claus von Bulow who was charged with trying to kill his socialite wife Sunny, but Dersh got the verdict reversed. The whole thing was made into a clever movie starring Ron Silver who believe me is a lot better looking that Alan Dershowitz.

Dershowitz retired from the Harvard Law faculty in 2013 where he had taught for fifty years. In the 388-year history of the University, he’s probably the only member of the Harvard faculty who has actually retired, and I suspect what really happened is that the Harvard Corporation told him to get his rear end out of Cambridge after it came out that he tried to his client, that monster child sexual molester Jeffrey Epstein an honorary degree.

Dershowitz defended his relationship to Epstein by claiming that was always willing to represent individuals who were so unpopular that they couldn’t find any lawyer to take their case. Funny, but maybe it’s only a coincidence that the people who end up hiring Dershowitz because they can’t get anyone else to defend them all happen to be people with deep pockets holding lots of bucks.

I can’t find the reference, but when Trump started putting together a legal team to work on his first impeachment, evidently Dersh contacted the then-President and said he would act as…
