Trump Hits a New Low.

When Trump made his comment about ‘shithole countries’ during a 2018 Cabinet meeting, I thought he had set a new standard for offensive speech by a President of the United States.

I was wrong.

He topped that one yesterday in a post on his (failing) Truth Social website which was a pic of Hillary and Kamala followed by this quote: “Funny how blowjobs impacted both their careers differently.”

The content was actually a repost from another social media site, but that hardly changes the degree to which Trump is now consciously using the most vulgar and stupid rhetoric ever to appear in a Presidential campaign.

And what this tells me is two things.

First, Trump is desperate to enlarge the visitor base of his social media property which is now beginning to show serious financial leakage not only in the long term, but even in the short term. In the most recent SEC filing, the second quarterly revenue was $839,000 compared to $1,200,000 revenue for the same quarter last year. The quarterly revenue loss was also smaller, dropping from $22,800,000 in 2023 to $16,400,000 this year.

This financial situation, unless it starts to change, cannot be sustained much longer because if nothing else, such numbers are driving investors away from any interest in the stock. At the end of March, the…
