Trump Is Going to Lose. And Here’s Why.

Yesterday, I received a text from the Christopher Street Project asking for dough. So, I sent them fifty bucks which is about my weekly tab at the local Starbucks for my morning latte.

I like using the word ‘latte’ instead of just saying ‘coffee,’ even though since I always take half-and-half in my coffee, they both taste the same.

But somehow, the word ‘latte’ has a little more class to it so it’s worth the extra couple of bucks.

Anyway, it turns out that the Christopher Street Project which promotes pro-transgender politics has been around since January, but I never heard of this group until yesterday and thanks to Trump, it’s not as if the transgender thing hasn’t been in the news.

In fact, the transgender community is probably the biggest target in the culture war these days, particularly since gays started to become mainstream after Denzel released ‘Philadelphia’ back in 1993.

Come to think of it, I remember when the first ‘I Spy’ segment was released in 1965 because it featured a black leading actor — Bill Cosby — for the very first time on TV.

So, every generation this country adds another demographic arrow to our cultural quiver as we continue to build a national community whose diversity cannot be even remotely compared to any other…
