What Happened Last Night in D.C?

Gee — what a surprise! The GOP did what they had to do, which was to vote through a plan which keeps the Federal Government from shutting down for another six weeks and gives them, as one GOP caucus member said, ‘time to study the issues and decide what’s best for the American people.’

The deal actually got 126 members of the GOP caucus to cast a positive vote, along with 209 Democrats which, if nothing else, puts to bed the idea that the GOP is somehow leading the fight against all those Socialists, Communists, Queers and Transgender freaks who comprise the Deep State. And while the extension prohibits additional funding for Ukraine, this will have no impact on the military situation over there because munitions and weapons that are in the pipeline will continue to flow and if some other military equipment or munitions are required right now, Joe will get one of our NATO allies to ship the goods.

Remember NATO? That was the organization which Orange Shithead said should be dismantled because, after all, we don’t need allies any more. So much for Trump’s attempt to take back America to how things used to be, like sometime before World War II, right?

Speaking about Orange Douchebag, the House vote is a clear indication that this whole MAGA business is in a state of withdrawl, if not collapse.
