When Will Trump Start the MAGA Party?

Okay folks, I’m willing to take the short odds on a couple of Jacksons and make the following prediction right now.

After Trump loses the 2024 election, I predict he will blame the RINOs for not backing him up and proclaim the founding of the national MAGA Party to compete for the Presidency in 2008.

After all, what’s he got to lose? It’s not as if he’s gained anything by being the GOP poster-boy. If anything, the fact that he has now lost two straight Presidential elections and can’t really blame the latest collapse on ‘election fraud,’ means he really has no choice but to create a new political orbit in which he can float around.

And by the way, it’s not as if creating a national political party is such a big deal. All you have to do is hire an outfit to gather signatures on petitions in every state, then file those petitions along with an application to have your party given a line on the next ballot, and you’re good to go.

You can get all the necessary information right here, but suffice it to say that if you can spend, let’s say, a hundred grand hiring people who will supervise the signature-gathering in front of the local grocery store, you’ve got it made.
